Product Description
Frozen Ready To Eat are produced from fresh Vegetable Ingredients which are properly dressed, washed, processed, cooked and frozen by I.Q.F./Blast Method where centre temperature of product reached -18 deg centigrade or below.
Quality Parameters
Finished Frozen Ready To Eat will be of uniform colour characteristic to variety. The Frozen Ready To Eat will be free from any foreign material, insect damage, discoloration, off flavour, severe damage etc.
Sampling Procedure
Complete cross section of running stream of running Ready To Eat Products shall be taken on some suitable receptacle after every one hour and shall be analyzed for the defects stated in specification above. Production of that particular hour is considered as acceptable if the sample conforms to the norms.
NB: batch/lot wise record of hourly production is kept by freezing in order to segregate the defective portion of the production
Shelf life: Min 24 months from date of manufacturing.
Heavy Metals & Pesticide residue : As per FSSAI act 2006, rules 2011
Packaging
Product shall be in bulk pack of 25 kg carton with food grade LDPE bag.
Product Temperature/ Storage Temperature:
The product shall be stored at (-) 18 C (2 C) and product temperature should not go higher than (-) 18 C (2 C).
