The processing and utilisation of the available and renewing solid plant materials and wastes still have a wide range of future opportunities. These materials after being processed may be reused as the raw materials of new products or environment friendly fuels.

Some examples without trying to cover all the available options:

chips obtained from cleaning the forests

saw dust, plank edges, tree crusts, etc.

wastes of agriculture available in huge quantities (straw, maize stalk, hay, seed coats of plants etc.)

production reed waste, reed grown in lakes and other habitats

mine peat

drying and granulating freshly cut lucern, grass and other fodder crops

manufacturing fuel from poultry and other manure

fruit seeds and seed coats

beer and alcohol production waste

production of fuel from high phyto-content sludge (marshland and sewage sludge)

One of the significant obstacles of fully processing and utilising the above materials is the lack of appropriate drying machines.

We offer a technology line that is capable of complete processing, flexibly adapted to the raw materials, performance and end products.

Two from among the numerous characteristics of the technology have to be highlighted by all means:

Thanks to its modular structure it may be flexibly adjusted to the properties of the raw material to be processed and it may produce briquettes and/
It is suitable for processing any wood, woody stem and agricultural soft stem or high moisture content raw materials only with changing its settings.
Our choice:
- 0,4 t/h mobile briquetting line
- 0,5; 1; 1,5 stationary briquetting lines
- 0,5; 1; 1,5; 2-3; 5; 10; 15 t/h stationary pelleting lines

It is our mission to spread the above introduced machines and machine lines both in Hungary and throughout the EU. We take care of fitting and commissioning, at the same time we establish the conditions that are needed for guarantee service and spare part supply.
